Within both organizations Round Table and Ladies Circle there is a very real desire to help the more vulnerable and weaker people in the Swedish society and the world. This reflects the very wide range of involvement that range from simple, clean fundraising at a normal RT / LC meeting to the grand charity events. All ways are good ways in our mind. When registering, you are able to donate some money to these organizations. ECPAT money will be divided between LCS national and LCI / LCS international projects.
Min Stora Dag
Round Table Sweden are proud contributors to Min Stora Dag.
Min Stora Dag Foundation's task is to realize seriously ill children wishful thinking. A "Big Day" is a break in life when the hospital visits are long and treatment though: just imagine to be able to go to a concert with your favourite artist, get your own pony or your wished-for doll, to meet your sport idols or try a motorcycle at a motocross track! There are doctors and staff that will select the child who will get the highest dream fulfilled - The Foundation ensures that the dream becomes a reality. After a big day is planned, this is done in consultation with physicians, the Foundation medical expert and the children's families.

Ladies Circle Sweden are proud contributors to ECPAT.
ECPAT Sweden is a child rights organization working against trafficking of children, ie child sex tourism, child pornography and trafficking of minors for sexual purposes. ECPAT Sweden was formed in 1996 and is a member of ECPAT International's global network in over 80 countries. ECPAT Sweden works in order to prevent through information, opinions and advocacy to make politicians, agencies, companies and individuals to act against child sex trafficking.
