We would like to welcome you all warmly to this year's annual meeting for Ladies Circle and Round Table Sweden. During three days we will entertain you in the best possible way with activities, parties, meetings and charities.
National meeting is the largest and most important event for Ladies Circle Sweden (LCS) and the Roundtable of Sweden (RTS) during the year. National Meeting, in addition to time and place of the two organizations' annual meetings, also the time when many members from the two organizations come together to socialize and have fun. To get the mandate to arrange a session of Parliament is a honorable mission.
In 2010 the four clubs RT17 Jönköping / Huskvarna, RT 129 Jönköping, Jönköping, LC13, and LC100 Jönköping received the great confidence to organize parliamentary session.

In the middle of the town!
National Meeting 2010 will be very comfortable and convenient for all guests. The entire festival will take place in the middle of Jönköping center. We're talking a few hundred meters between the various party rooms and the vast majority of homes. So the people visiting us can look forward to less transport and more time for festivities and happy socializing!
Party Tent
The banquet will take place in a huge pary tent with seating for 1200 guests, a stage with live bands and plenty of dancing space. The tent will be put up a few hundred meters from the harbor and pier of Jönköping - which is as central as you can get! If the ammount of guests exceeds 1200, we can rent additional sections to the tent. We hope it will be necessary!

Sliver & Harrys
Sliver has style. Interior Design, as well as great cocktails and DJs. Harry's is a well known chain of restaurants/bars in Sweden. These two nightclubs are combined in Jönköping, and will take in all participants at the National Meeting!
Here, we will converge after the Home Parties on Friday and rock out after the banquet on Saturday. The place is just about 100 meters from the party tent
Activities
There is much to do in Jönköping and its surroundings and we have picked out the pearls for you. For some activities, we will steer our course including neighbor and Visingsö, but it's really the only time we need to leave Jönköping center.

Accommodation
We have pre-booked more than 700 beds in hotels of different price ranges - most within walking distance to the festivities. When you register you will receive a discount code that you provide to the hotel. Definite booking and payment is made directly to the hotels.
